Tonia and her husband Andy purchased Desmasdons Boatworks in 1998 and they have never looked back. Tonia is always striving to do right by her customers and prides herself in the relationships she has with all her customers. If you’ve ever been to the marina you’ve noticed Tonia is just as likely to be pumping gas and hauling water as any other staff member.

Terry is generally the friendly “Hello, Desmasdons” voice you get when you call the marina. She and Stan sold the business to Andy and Tonia so she has been through many years here. Nicole joined our team in 2010 and has seen her position change a great deal ever since. Originally hired to work in our retail store, Nicole now see’s herself doing more office work and taking on more tasks and special projects. We’re extremely pleased to have Nicole on our team.

Matt joined our team in 2003 and in 2008 was promoted to director of sales and marketing. Matt prides himself in taking care of his customers and making sure each sale isn’t just about selling a boat or motor, but his first is making sure the customer finds the right product for their needs. Matt has been in and around boats since he was born and has been passionate about the marine environment since before he could walk. He grew up boating in Pointe au Baril but has had the opportunity to boat in many countries around the world which has really contributed to his extensive product knowledge. Please join us in welcoming Kelly to our team. Kelly joins us for 2013 and has stepped in to a new role as well as assuming some previous roles. You will find Kelly in our shop as our service writer. Kelly will be responsible for such items as scheduling service along with Gwen, new and used boat registration, boat and motor warranty claims and more.
